What You’ll Learn..

Module 1 helps you define TRANSFORMATION and set a Transformational Goal (or two!) to work on throughout the course.

Module 2 walks you through the 7 Conditions for Transformational Change. These conditions are what your Transformational Leadership Foundation is built upon. Each condition is backed by scientific research and put to the test by hundreds of participants. Along with your course work you will be given an assignment to help challenge you to apply the condition to your goal(s) and your organization.
